Volunteer Sign Up Instructions
We are excited to start the 2024 swim season! Parents are a huge part of how we execute the meets and social events that the kids love and remember for years to come, so THANK YOU!
While every event at CCH is an important part of the swim team program, we truly need parents to run the meets as they are our top priority. For that reason, meet jobs are opened first so that we can ensure that all of those are taken care of moving into the season. Social events and Shark Shack shifts will shortly follow.
- Families with Sharks must sign up for 11 points in order to satisfy your volunteer requirement.
- Families with both Sharks and Mini Sharks must sign up for 11 points in order to satisfy your volunteer requirement.
- Families with only Mini Sharks are not required to volunteer for swim meets but may be asked to volunteer for a reduced amount of points should their swimmer be promoted to a Shark during the season. We also ask for assistance with our Mini Shark Lollipop Meet to close out the season.
- Families who are delinquent in their points at the end of the season will be subject to a safety deposit when registering the following year.

How to volunteer for specific meets:
- Sign in to Swimtopia.
- Click on the MEETS & EVENTS tab.
- Find the first event you want to sign up for. Click HERE for a quick summary of the jobs needed for each meet.
- Click on the “job sign up” button associated with that event.
- You will now see a list of family members that can volunteer. Under the name of the person that will be volunteering for the selected event, please click “sign up for jobs.”
- Check the box associated with the job you want to volunteer for. For more information about each job, hover over the black circle with an “i” in it.
- Click “Save Assignments.”
- That family member name will now be associated with the job you wanted.
- If another family member wants to volunteer for the same event, repeat steps #5-7.
- If you are ready to sign up for another event, repeat steps #3-7 until you have signed up for the appropriate number of points for your family.
Once you are finished, to confirm your point total and see a list of jobs that you have signed up for:
- Go to the home page and hover over your name in the top right hand corner.
- Click on “My Account.”
- Click on each family member name to see the jobs associated with that family member.

Remember - we wouldn’t be able to run a complete season without all of our Shark families. Please sign up for the complete volunteer requirement – that is the number of positions per family that are needed to run this swim season. Our swimmers are counting on us to run these meets and social events!
