Go Sharks!
We are a member of the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL), which is the largest summer swim league in the US for swimmers 18 and younger. Under NVSL rules, team participation is restricted to paid registrants of CCH Pool.
We are projecting more than 150 returning and new swimmers for the summer 2026. Some of these swimmers train year round. Others are summer-only. Either way, our Competition Team offers lots of opportunities for swimmers of all abilities to have fun in a competitive environment.
For young swimmers who are not ready for the Competition Team, we have a Mini Sharks program. The Mini Sharks program is designed to be a bridge between basic swim lessons and competitive training.
For questions about any of the CCH Sharks programs, contact us or send an email to the team rep at [email protected].
