Hi Sharks families! I'm Lindsay C. Barry, children's book author, proud swim mom, and a big believer that the right book at the right age can spark a lifelong love of reading. I write picture books about kindness, curiosity, and the everyday magic of childhood.
My books include Journey to Constellation Station, a STEM-themed adventure to outer space; The Backpack, a heartfelt story about kindness and friendship; and Becky and Kaia's New Addition, inspired by the emotional-support Golden Retrievers at Penn State Hospital.
Cheering on the Sharks has been one of the best parts of our family's year, and I'm thrilled to support this incredible team. If you're a teacher, librarian, or parent who'd like a free classroom visit — locally or via Zoom, anywhere in the world — I'd love to hear from you.
