We are looking forward to seeing everyone Saturday at Time Trials!

It will be followed shortly after with our first meet of the season and our first pep rally. Please read all of the instructions below for the Intersquad Meet this upcoming Monday, June 15, starting at 6:00pm.

Registration - register your swimmer via the Swimtopia website by midnight Saturday!

• Choose the 2 strokes your swimmer would like to swim, and IM if your swimmer is interested and has legal times in all 4 strokes.
• All swimmers should report to CCH by 5:10pm. We will warm up from 5:20-5:40pm.
• Volunteers need to check in with Jill Manguikian when they arrive.
• Volunteers and officials, please refer to your sign-up to confirm what time you need to arrive at the pool.
• We will email out the team lists before Monday’s meet.
• Swimmers will earn points for their team if they achieve a new personal best or if a swimmer swims a first-time legal time.

There is no practice on Monday evening due to the meet.

Pep Rally - Our first pep rally will take place Friday, 6/19 and is Hawaii themed. Please sign up on Swimtopia so we know how many plan to attend.
