Hi Shark families - our Intersquad meet is at home this upcoming Monday! This is our annual intrasquad contest, with the CCH team divided into 2 smaller teams that will compete against each other. The victor will be decided by total time improvement with the winner hoisting our Intrasquad Meet Trophy.

PLEASE sign your swimmers up by midnight, Saturday. 

• Choose the 2 strokes your swimmer would like to swim, and IM if your swimmer is interested and has legal times in all 4 strokes.  
• All swimmers should report to CCH by 6:10pm. We will warm up from 6:20-6:40pm.
• Volunteers need to check in with Jill Manguikian when they arrive.
• Volunteers and officials, please refer to your sign-up to confirm what time you need to arrive at the pool.
• We will email out a the team lists before Monday’s meet.
• Swimmers will earn points for their team if they achieve a new personal best or if a swimmer swims a first-time legal stroke.
