Hi Shark Families!

First of all, we are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning at Time Trials! It will be a great introduction to the season and refresher for the swimmers on how meets generally work. Make a point to remind your swimmer(s) how proud you are of them for completing their first meet of the season! Please read all of the instructions below for the B Meet this upcoming Monday, June 9th, starting at 6:00pm.

Most !!IMPORTANT!! - Registration - register your swimmer via the Swimtopia website by MIDNIGHT TOMORROW!! Please help us be the best prepared for the meet as we can be by signing up by midnight, TOMORROW. https://cchsharks.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

Stroke Selection: Pick only two (2) strokes for your swimmer. No IM will be offered at this meet due to most schools still being in-session, and Mantua's pool has a strict meet end time of 9:00pm..

Arrival & Warm-ups: All swimmers need to arrive by 5:10pm, as our team warm-ups start at 5:25pm sharp.

Volunteers: Volunteers need to check in with Jill Manguikian when they arrive. Volunteers and officials, please refer to your sign-up to confirm what time you need to arrive at the pool.

Location: The Mantua Pool is located at: 9330 Pentland Pl, Fairfax

Special Considerations:

• This pool has a small parking lot, they may restrict access to it. If you need to park along the neighborhood streets, please be mindful of not parking in front of driveways, mailboxes and street corners.
• Mantua will have hamburgers and hot dogs as well as drinks and some other treats for sale on-site.
• The team area and space for our families will be located in the grass behind the pool. Mantua's baby pool and volleyball sand pit will be closed.
• No practice on Monday evening since we'd love to have all swimmers come this meet.
