Swimmer of the Week:

Mae Harris

Mae is a competitive and enthusiastic swimmer. She shows up everyday with a positive attitude and a big smile on her face! Mae always has her listening ears on and is such a huge supporter of her teammates. During Divisional Relays, she was nervous for her swim but put together a really fast 25 breaststroke leg. Keep racing hard, Mae!!!

Everett Bryk

Everett is a dedicated and hardworking swimmer. For example, he recently had a fall on his bike and he still showed up and swam his races. While we do not condone swimming through severe injuries, his unwavering dedication was more than strong enough to push through some scrapes and cuts. Furthermore, Everett is always asking and wondering how to improve and swim faster. He is able to take this advice and immediately apply it to his swimming. Keep asking questions, Everett!!!

Other Standout Swims:

Raja Manansala: Raja is a sincere and consistent swimmer. During our last A meet against HRA, he came to swim despite recently recovering from an illness. He heard the team needed him and he stepped up big time. Thank you for your commitment, Raja!!

Hattie Bolton: Hattie is a happy and adventurous, young shark! She swam in her first A Meet last Saturday and she crushed her 25 backstroke. We are so proud of you, Hattie!!

Anthony Sereno/Declan Barry: Anthony and Declan are really great friends. They can often be found hanging out after swim practice with their other teammates on the pool deck. When Anthony had a stellar 100 IM, out touching his opponent by 0.01 seconds, you could hear Declan cheering and supporting him from all the way across the pool! It was a great moment to see for both these boys. Keep supporting each other, Anthony and Declan!!
