    Monday's B Meet: Registration & Arrival Info

    Hi Shark Families!

First of all, thanks to all who came out to Time Trials today! It was a great introduction to the season and refresher for the swimmers on how meets generally work. All of the swimmers did so well, make a point to remind your swimmer how proud you are of them for completing their first meet of the season! Please read all of the instructions below for the B Meet this upcoming Monday, June 10th, starting at 6:00pm.

Most !!IMPORTANT!! - Registration - register your swimmer via the Swimtopia website by MIDNIGHT TONIGHT!! Please help us be the best prepared for the meet as we can be by signing up by midnight, TONIGHT. https://cchsharks.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/581019/swim_meet_entries

Stroke Selection: Pick only two (2) strokes for your swimmer. No IM will be offered at this meet due to most schools still being in-session. If you had previously signed your swimmer up for 3 strokes, please log into Swimtopia and remove 1 selection.

Arrival & Warm-ups: All swimmers need to arrive by 5:15pm, as our team warm-ups start at 5:30pm sharp

Volunteers: All volunteers should arrive by 5:15pm. If you are running late, please send Jill Manquikian a direct message on Team Snap ASAP.

Location: The Villa Pool is located at: 4299 Andes Dr, Fairfax

    Special Considerations:

    • This pool is an 8-lane pool, so the meet should progress a little quicker than most other meets with 6-lanes.
    • There are very few chairs available to parents at this pool, we highly recommend you bring your own chairs.
    • This pool has a small parking lot, they may restrict access to it. If you need to park along the neighborhood streets, please be mindful of not parking in front of driveways, mailboxes and street corners.
    • Villa will have hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, snow cones, and candy as well as drinks and some other treats for sale on-site.
    • The team area and space for our families will be located in the grass to the left of the diving board area.
    • No practice on Monday evening since we'd love to have all swimmers come this meet.

Thank you Parents for all you do to help your swimmers, all of those high-fives after races and cheering really does help your swimmer and the entire team. Your encouragement is extremely important, we appreciate you all showing up and being a positive voice!

    Let's go SHARKS!
